INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
5 teaspoon baking powder
30g pack of spinach
pinch of salt
¾ cup shredder cheddar cheese
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees or 350 F. Spray cupcake pan with non stick spray. Wash spinach and cut into small edible pieces. Beat eggs and add in baking powder. Mix well and add cheese and spinach thereafter. Pour into cupcake pan. Bake for 30mins.
INFO & TIPS
Also great with feta and or onions and peppers. Enjoy!!
