1 cup semolina. Braise with ghee (Clarified butter), elachie, cinnamon sticks until pink. Liquidize, 1 cup milk, 1 cup boiling water, condense milk to sweeten, 1 cup ultramel custard, elachie powder, a drop of egg yellow. Liquidize well and add to Sojee (semolina flour). Stir once and leave to steam until done about 15mins. Before serving, mix cream with custard and drizzle over. Cut/powdered almonds 4 decor.
