2 cups pasta rice boiled rinsed and kept aside
1 onion finely sliced 1 carrot grated
Chicken fillet cubed ½ tin whole kernel corn drained
Small piece ground green chillies
Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon mixed herb
Braise onions till soft, add 1 teaspoon garlic and cubed chicken. Add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, corn, tri peppers, carrots and cook. When nearly ready add nandos sauces of your choice, steers peri -peri, Worcester sauce, soya sauce, tomato and chilli sauce. Amounts depend on how hot you want it to be. Toss in pasta rice and mix well. Leave to simmer and serve immediately.
