RECIPE
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoon castor sugar
Sift together
Then add
125g softened butter
Rub well then add
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoon cold water
Knead lightly..roll out thinly,cut with flower cutter,place in greased patty/muffin pans..
Place ½ teaspoon apricot jam ontop of each flower
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff,gradually add
¾ cup sugar
2 cups coconut
Place spoonfulls ontop of jam.sprinkle with 100 1000s or chopped pecans..
Bake at 180 for ±20 minutes
