INGREDIENTS

One chocolate sponge cake recipe
fresh cream
cherries
chocolate( melted)

METHOD

Make normal chocolate sponge cake and set in cupcake cases and bake!! Decorate with fresh cream a dollop of chocolate topped with a cherry

INFO & TIPS

You could also decorate with crushed oreo choc chips and drizzled chocolate!!!
or chocolate ganashe: fresh cream and melted chocolate.. mix together and pour over cupcakes!!!
