1 punnet giant brown mushrooms or portabello mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
Dash of lemon juice
Dried mixed herbs
Grated mozzarella cheese
Rinse mushrooms and then marinate in olive oil, lemon juice, and spices. Cook on a hot non stick griddle pan for about 10 minutes until mushrooms are soft, turning on both sides. Remove from pan and place on an oven tray, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parsley and grill until cheese melts.
