RECIPE
1 Mutton leg washed & drained. Make slits in leg & stuff it with pieces of fresh garlic
2 tablespoon plain ginger garlic
2 teaspoon steak and chop spice
2 teaspoon bbq spice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 teaspoon mustard powder
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoon grounded green chillies
10 whole peppercorns
2 tablespoon oil.
Mix all the ingredients in bowl. Smear marinate on to leg rubbing it well. Leave overnite in fridge.
In a pot melt ¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter). Put leg in & cook until ¾ way done by adding water.
Add the following 1 chopped green, red & yellow peppers cook until tender. Add the sauces & fresh cream. Simmer until done. Don't dry out must be saucy. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve with chunky veggies roti or naan.
Sauces.
1 teaspoon mayonaise
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
2 tablespoon garlic sauce
2 tablespoon bbq sauce
2 tablespoon Nandos pepper sauce
2 tablespoon Worcester sauce
250 ml fresh cream
