RECIPE
                      100g butter.                 1 packet Nuttikrust biscuits
Process biscuits.combine wth butter.place in springform pan.bake for 15 minutes.
250g cottage cheese
1 can condensed milk
1 tub sour cream
75ml lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine in bowl and whisk together.
4 teaspoon gelatine
1 cup cold water
Sprinkle gelatine over water in glass bowl.Stir over saucepan of simmering water untl dissolved.Cool slightly.Add to cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
Lastly beat 250ml fresh and add to mixture.Pour over biscuits and set in fridge.
Decorate as desired
                    
INFO & TIPS
Take out of fridge immediately before serving.
