INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon Oil
¼ Onion, chopped
1 Large Tomato,chopped
2-3 Viennas
½ teaspoon chili powder
pinch of salt
1 green chili
pinch of black pepper
dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Heat oil. Braise onions until slightly glazed, not golden brown. Add chili powder. Add tomatoes and some hot water. Close lid and allow tomatoes to cook. When tomatoes form a thick gravy, add salt and pepper and chopped viennas. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and green chillies

Cooking time - 10 mins.
Serve in a roll, or with bread.
