INGREDIENTS
Nb. This dessert is better when made a day before.
250 ml fresh cream beaten til stif
1 tin caramel treat smoothen out
1 whole nut grated (you can use chocolate of choice tex, kitkat,mint crisp,etc)
1 packet tennis bisciuts broken in pieces. Not fine
METHOD
Mix beaten cream and caramel treat lightly. Don't over mix. Fold in chocolate. Keep aside. Line a log pan with foil with edges over lapping. Now put some cream mixture @ the bottom. Place broken tennis biscuits over. Cover with more cream mixture. Do this layering until u end of with cream mixture. Cover with cling wrap. ( Insert few tooth picks in log so that plastic don't touch ) Refrigerate over night.
Turn out on platter remove foil and decorate as desired.
