RECIPE
250g butter
¾ cup icing sugar
Beat well together till white and creamy
Then add
½ cup maizena (corn flour)
½ cup self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ - 1 cup nibbed almonds
Flour to make a soft manegable dough
Break of dough into equal balls..roll into fingers
Place on a greased baking tray
Bake at 180 till done
Rebake at 100 till crisp
When cool dip ends in melted nutella or melted diary milk chocolate..dip or sprinkle with nibbed almonds
