Potato and pecan salad
Fatima Asif Latif
6 med potatoes peeled and cubed.
Steam till done with 1 teaspoon salt.
Drain water and cool.
Sprinkle ina parman potato spice, salt, pepper, diced pecans and add finely chopped onion.
Add about 3-4 tablespoon mayonnaise. Garnish with parsley.
