INGREDIENTS
1litre long life milk
2tlb nespray powder
2 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
155g nestle cream
397g condense milk
A few drops of vanila extract jus a little tint green colouring
Pistatio grounded
If any one tasted Medina kulfi will knw how lekker it is..the taste remains.thinking of it mkes me drool😜
METHOD
Take half cup milk add corn flour and nespray mix well mke sure no lumps remain add to remaining milk add rest of ingredeints accept pistas.give it a boil.allow to freeze for a few hours than put in icecream machine.while still in process add pistas.freeze when done
Serve in bowls sprinkle nibbed pistas when servg
