Shrimp balado:
Shrimp 1 Pound, peeled
Freshly squeezed lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste (To Sprinkle)
SEASONING:
Rough red Chilies 7
Red onion chopped 6
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
Tomato chopped 1 Small
Salt To Taste
Sugar
Cajun spice To Taste
Directions
1. Rub the lime juice and salt onto the shrimp Set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a wok or skillet with medium heat. Stir-fry the seasoning
3.Add the shrimps and mix until well blended, taking care not to overcook the shrimps. Remove from heat.
4. Serve immediately
Soles
4 pieces sole or hake ,4 tablespoon lemon juice,4 tablespoon mayo,garlic,green chillies,-marinate,put slices of tomato and lemon over and sprinkle lemon pepper over the dish,dot with butter and put in oven till done
