RECIPE
Pineapple 🍍 sev (vermicelli)

2 cinnamon sticks
2 Elachi (cardomom) pods
2 cups vermicelli
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) (clarified butter)
1 small tin pineapple rings
Drop of egg yellow colouring
1 cup sugar or to taste
½ teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom)
Saffron
In pot heat ghee (Clarified butter) and add in cinnamon sticks and Elachi (cardomom). Add in vermicelli and braise till golden. Then add in 1-2 cups water 💦. Cook a little. Cut pine into small pieces and add in and add egg yellow. Cook till almost done than add in sugar, Elachi (cardomom) and saffron. Cook till done.
Drizzle nestle cream or pipe fresh cream and serve.
