RECIPE
500g klim
5 tablespoon nestle cream
Mix together
Boil together
1 cup sugar
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup water
¼ pound butter
Boil till a sticky syrup and sugar dissolved for approx 10 minutes
Mix in klim mixture..
Allow to stand overnight
Then add 1 teaspoon elachie powder
1 tablespoon rose water
Beat with electric beaters and pipe into cups or mould as desired. Sprinkle with coloured almonds
