INGREDIENTS
3 hake fillets or 1 fish filleted
2 teaspoon garlic paste. 1 teaspoon fresh red chillies. 1 teaspoon chilli powder. ½ teaspoon cardamon powder. 1 teaspoon black pepper. salt. 1 teaspoon tandoori masala. 3 tablespoon oil. 3tblsp lemon juice. 1 teaspoon fish spice or Aromat (a South African Spice). 3 tablespoon amigos spice¼ cup plain yoghurt. 2 tablespoon sourmilkMix all together.
METHOD
smear onto fish and leave to marinateSprinkle flour on both sides of fish Quick fry each piece of fish in shallow oil..place on a baking tray greased with butter place onion and green pepper and tomato slices over each fish piece..grill in a hot oven till crispy or bake till golden..serve with chips and lemon wedges
