INGREDIENTS
Marinate 1 chicken with the following and cook:
1 tablespoon red masala
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground almonds
1 tablespoon dessicated coconut
1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
2 tablespoon tomato paste/tomato sauce
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Pinch of saffron
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Braise the following for the vagaar and throw over cooked chicken:
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 sliced green chillies
1 ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
Few curry leaves
METHOD
Serve with naan and fried baby potatoes.
