INGREDIENTS
½ cup oil
1 cup castor sugar
Mix together
Add 4 eggs
2 at a time
1 tablespoon vanilla
Beat well then add
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Add and mix very well
Slowly add in ½ cup boiling water and mix
Add to a greased round pan and 4 cup cake cases
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 till a skewer inserted comes out clean,allow to cool
When cool remove from pan..cut out a ¼ wedge of the cake..from the removed wedge cut out a handle for pram..attach cupcakes with icing as wheels
METHOD
ICING:
250g margarine (softened)
Beat with baloon whisk till white and fluffy
Then add in ± 4 cups sifted icing sugar
1-2 teaspoon vanilla
Few drops of milk
Beat well
Tint ½ icing with pink color,leave ½ white
Decorate as desired
