INGREDIENTS
1kg large prawns butterflied1 tablespoon Amina's seafood marinade 3 tablespoon medium nandos sauceWhite pepperGarlicLemon juiceFresh parsley chopped fine Salt to taste (very little as the above has salt)Fresh cream (125ml)
METHOD
Butterfly the prawns and baste with marinade, dot with butter then grill in the oven, must have a charred look..Before serving place the roasting dish on the stove, add your fresh cream and cook on high till the cream becomes thick.. Should stick to the prawns.
