1kg large prawns butterflied
1tblsp Amina's seafood marinade
3tbslp medium nandos sauce
Fresh parsley chopped fine
Salt to taste (very little as the above has salt)
Fresh cream (125ml)
Butterfly the prawns and baste with marinade, dot with butter then grill in the oven, must have a charred look..
Before serving place the roasting dish on the stove, add your fresh cream and cook on high till the cream becomes thick.. Should stick to the prawns.
