RECIPE
1 litre milkRose syrupElachi (cardomom) syrupTukmaria seeds (falooda seeds) soaked in waterVanilla ice creamNestle dessert cream
Pre made ghas jelly2 cups water1- 1 ½ teaspoon ghas powderRose syrup to sweeten Once set grate and set aside
Leave milk in freezer to get cold and slushy
In a liquidiser or with a stick blender blend milk, ice cream, cream and rose syrup.
Chill glasses or bowls you'd like to use for about 30 minutes in freezer.
In bowl add ice cream scoop, then grated ghas, tukmaria. Drizzle rose syrup in bowl and then pour milk mixture over. Add a little grated ghas over. Enjoy
