Cut butternut in half. Deseed,don't peel. Sprinkle salt Steam till soft but not mushy. Once steamed put butternut on tray hollow out the long part of the butternut also.
In a pan heat ghee (Clarified butter) stir fry some onions, chopped green chillies and some mixed veg & cream style Sweetcorn. season with salt pepper and paprika add some sour cream, fresh cream and the butternut that was taken out from the long part of the butternut cook until everything is soft and combined. Fill generously into butternut top with cheese and small cocktail toms. bake in oven
You can put whatever filling you want mushrooms, spring onions peppers etc....
