INGREDIENTS
1 chicken disjointed
Marinate in
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
½ cup sourmilk
2 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
¼ teaspoon garlic flakes
½ teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon haldi
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
Marinate over night or for a few hours
Mix equal amounts of breadcrumbs and Hinds southern fried coating
Dip chicken and fry in shallow hot oil till golden
Bake in hot oven for 15 minutes
METHOD
MASH and GRAVY
Boil 3 potatoes till soft
Mash with:
Salt
Pepper
A blob of butter
Little milk
1 packet knorr brown onion gravy
Prepare as per packet instruction
Pour over mash..
