1 ½ to 2 kg whole leg wash and drain make slashes into leg
3 teaspoon crushed chillies
2 ½ teaspoon chillipowder
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon jalepeno sauce
1 tablespoon steers peri peri
2 tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon nandos peri peri
1 teaspoon najmas spice
1 slice garlic butter melted enough lemon juice to make a paste smear on roast.
add 2 to 3 green chillies in to leg where slashes where made.
In a oven tray add ¼ cup oil and ¼ cup water place roast in this.
Cover with foil cook for up to 3 hrs wen done put in electric pot till dry garnish with dhania (coriander) and jalepeno slices and whole green chillie
