Creamy Tomatoe With Parmesan Pasta | My Recipe

INGREDIENTS

½ packet pasta - boiled as per packet instruction

For the sauce :
1 onion grated or finely diced
1 can Miami Italian chopped tomatoes
1 sachet tomatoe paste
1 teaspoon basil dried or fresh
250ml fresh cream
Parmesan cheese

METHOD

Boil pasta drain and set aside

For the sauce :
In a pan add some olive oil and sauté the onions until soft , add the canned tomatoes along with the basil and allow for the water to set out on low heat add the tomato paste as well as some salt and simmer . Add the cream simmer . Add the pasta and give it a good mix garnish with Parmesan cheese
