Saucy Butternut 1 butternut cut up in chunks. ( Other veggies of choice can also be added.)
Sauce 50g butter 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1 tablespoon garlic flakes 2 tablespoon lemon juice Crushed green chillies according taste Salt 2 tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon mixed herbs 3 tablespoon mayonaise 5 tablespoon milk or more if u want more saucy.
METHOD Steam butternut on low until tender. Lay steamed veg in a pyrex. Boil marinade in saucepan. Pour sauce over veggies. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) and spring onions. Perfect side dish to any meal.
