RECIPE
Braise 1 cup semolina or tastee wheat in 125g butter til light brown
Add 2 cups boiling water
Stir to ensure no lumps
Add 2 ½ cups milk and ½ cup sugar
More sugar can be added according taste . cook until thick
When almost done take out half the mixture in a separate pot.
Add one slab dairy milk chocolate to the one part. Let it cook until done.
Add one slab milky bar to the other part or leave plain.
Layer the two colours in a mould decorate with nestle cream and top Deck shaving .
I added Elachi (cardomom) and saffron to the white part. This is optional.
