INGREDIENTS
2 litres of each : chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream. Whipped cream. Sprinkles/your choice of decorations. (Mine was a picture of sea printed on rice paper)
METHOD
In a large square/rectangle pan line bottom with cling wrap..layer 1 colour softened ice cream and freeze till hard...continue this and freeze overnight..decorate as desired
