INGREDIENTS
chicken fillet-cubed
*salt
*arad (Turmeric)
*red chillies
*ginger garlic
*gharam masala
*dhana jeeru (cumin)
*saffron (infused in water)
*3 tomatoes
*50g tomato paste
*2-3 tablespoon yoghurt
*fried onions
ghee (Clarified butter)
whole jeeru (cumin)
green chilli- slit
dhania (coriander)
1 cup (or more) of whipped maas
METHOD
marinate fillet cubes in all ingredients marked with * for an hour.
heat ghee (Clarified butter). add jeeru (cumin), green chilli and dhania (coriander). add chicken, allow to braise. add maas. allow to cook. garnish with dhania (coriander). serve with garlic pitas!
