Flop proof vanilla cake::::
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Beat until fluffy an lite yellow in colour.
½ cup oil
½ cup boiling water
Beat together a little
1 ¼ cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
Mix together
Add the flour an water mixture alternatively to the egg mixture.
Beat until incorporated
Bake @ 180. For cupcakes bake for 10-15 minutes. For normal cakes bake @ 30 minutes+.
Replace the ¼ cup flour with cocoa for a choc cake
For the icing I added Nutella to normal buttercream icing
