1 can koo bake beans in tomato sauce 1 onion chopped ½ red pepper chopped 4 baby marrow sliced ½ cup McCain frozen corn 1 tomato puréed 1 sachet koo tomato paste ¼ cup water 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon oregano chili powder Salt to taste 2 teaspoon dhana powder sour cream - I used lancewood ( thick and creamy )
Add some oil add the onions , marrow , pepper and corn and allow this to sauté until the onions soften add garlic and sauté for 1 minute add the tomato that you puréed and allow water to burn out . Add bake beans as well as the oregano and dhana powder and on medium heat allow this to cook , add the water and cook on low add the tomato paste and cook for another 5 minutes . Add more water if necessary. Serve with sour cream .
