INGREDIENTS
250g chicken fillet
½ teaspoon chilli garlic paste
½ teaspoon red chillies
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoon peri peri oil
METHOD
Mix together all the ingredients.
Marinate for few hours
Cook in butter and a little ghee (Clarified butter) (optional)
