Spicy Chops

INGREDIENTS

1kg chops
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon steak and chops spice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon crushed chillies
1 teaspoon peri peri spice
1 teaspoon chillie powder
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon worcester sauce
1 teaspoon ginger garlic

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients together and marinate for about a day.
Cook with alot of butter to thoroughly enjoy it.
