INGREDIENTS
125g butter
2 tablespoon sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoon baking powder
Flour as needed
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar then add egg and beat. Add baking powder and flour to form a dough. Roll out and cut into rounds, lay in a patty pan and put a teaspoon of jam in the centre. Using the left over dough, cut strips and place on top of biscuit to form an X. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees. When cooled, dust with icing sugar.
