Chocolate Almond Cuppies

RECIPE

I just altered the famous almond cake recipe .still taste devine



For the chocolate cuppies I used ¾ cup flour and ¼ cup coco powder


1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh cream. Long life can also be used
3 eggs
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla esence

Beat all ingredients for about a minute
Pour into pyrex/cake tin
Bake At 180 for approx 35 minutes
Pour topping over while hot and put under grill for one minutes

Topping
2 tablespoon fresh cream
50g butter
¼ cup sugar
bring to a boil

Pour topping over
sprinkle almonds
