Use left over foods to make a QUESADILLA the next day. Perfect as a Light meal or even brunch teamed up with the usual breakfast fry ups.
Simply spread Mayonnaise/sauce on one tortilla wrap, Scatter with meat/vegetables of choice, top generously with grated cheese and cover over with another tortilla wrap. Lightly butter the top tortilla and place buttered side down onto a flat pan ( like a tawa) that has been heating on stove top. Toast this on medium heat, lightly butter the top exposed tortilla and carefully flip over the entire tortilla and toast the other end. Must by lightly coloured and crispy with cheese melted on the inside.
Easy Peasy... Quesadillas are ready to ENJOY. Slice into quarters and Serve with a tomato/onion relish , sour cream and / Or guacamole . OR It's perfect as it is😉
These are perfect for Ramadaan as well, or serve a quarter portion as an appetizer👌
