Veg pasta exotica
1 onion grated, 1 tablespoon garlic
Braize in 4 tablespoon olive oil
1 butternut cubed
4 carrots sliced
10 patty pans cut into pieces
Half punnet mushrooms sliced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoon crushed red chillies
Cook until veggies are done.
Make a white sauce as you normally would.
Boil pasta with salt until just done.drain.
To assemble place pasta on plate, top with white sauce, place veggie mixture ontop, sprinkle grated cheese. Serve
