METHOD
Boil 1L milk with 1 teaspoon faluda powder.
Make a paste with 2 tablespoon custard powder and 1tblsp coffee. Add to milk and whisk till smooth. Remove from heat and mix in 1 can condensed milk and small tin dessert cream. Pour into individual bowls or a large bowl. Crush a packet tennis biscuits over. Not too fine. Whip fresh cream sweetened and spread over. Sprinkle roughly chopped pecan nuts over and drizzle choc sauce.
Choc sauce
Melt 1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoon water
3 tablespoon icing sugar
2 teaspoon coffee
2 teaspoon cocoa
Small slab choc
Mix till smooth
