Prego Steak

INGREDIENTS

1 kg steak
Red masala
Green masala
1 tablespoon Oil/ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Robertsons Steak and chops spice
1 teaspoon Lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Crushed garlic
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
3-4 tablespoon prego sauce
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
Sliced jalapeño peppers (optional)

METHOD

Marinate steak with above ingredients and cook on medium heat until done. When cooked, add ½ cup fresh cream and mix well.
