HORSHOE PASTRY
1 roll todays or any pastry sheet
1 egg white lightly beaten with fork
Sugar
Brush egg white on pastry..sprinkle with sugar..fold both sides to meet in middle..brush with egg,sprinkle sugar and fold sides again..continue until pastry is closed..freeze roll.
Cut into finger slices..bake in a preheated oven at 180 till golden..
