RECIPE
Use ready butter pastry
Cut up or you cut up in squares
You fold to shape you want
Eg: cut like windmill etc
Place on greased baking tray.
Keep in freezer
To bake at a later stage
When ready to bake
Heat oven at 200 * till hot
Take the frozen pastry thats on the tray and put it direct from freezer into hot oven.
This helps with the puffing or rising of the pastry for 12 minutes at 200 now drop to 180 for +- 10 to 12 minutes
Or till done
Remove from oven and allow cool completely
Dust with icing sugar
And pipe smooth apricot jam over ( colour your jam )
Dust with sparkling dust or gold dust (optional)
