Jelly cheesecake

Ingredients;
1 packet crushed tennis biscuits
Butter
smooth cream cheese
1 tin condense milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
⅓ cup lemon juice
2 cups whipped cream
1 tablespoon gelatine
¼  cup hot water
Different colour jellies ...make jelly according to Instructions on box and leave to set aside

Method;
Combine biscuit crumbs and butter and mix well.
Press evenly in cheesecake pan.  Refrigerate till firm.
Mix gelatine with water and leave aside
Beat cheese, condense milk, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth. add gelatine mix..then cube and add set jelly .
lastly fold in cream
Pour filling over Base.
 Refrigerate  till firm prefrebly overnight Decor as desired.
