Saucy hake fish with  veggie rice

Ingredients for fish
6 hake fillets
1 tablespoon Green masala
2 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon sour cream
Juice of a lemon
Salt
Black pepper
White pepper
Red chillies flakes
Garlic cloves minced
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Make a paste with above and smear over fish
Let it marinate for a few hours

Make a sauce with the ffg
Garlic
¼ cup mayo
1/4cup steers garlic
1 cup fresh cream
Parsley
Little pepper
And salt to taste
And 3 tablespoon butter
Give sauce few boils and pour over fish and let fish bake till done
