1⁄2 kg steak cubes
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Allow to rest for 3 to 4 hours
1 onion chopped
3 to 4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon kashmiri spice (use kashmiri chilli powder)
Salt to taste
3 curry leaves
2 small tomatoes chopped
1⁄2 teaspoon whole jeera
1 cinnomom stick
Heat the ghee (Clarified butter) add cinnomon & jeera then add onion & braise till golden brown. Add steak & cook till water drys out.
Add kashmiri spice ,salt and tomatoes & cook on very low heat. Once ghee (Clarified butter) surfaces to the top add curry leaves and dhania (coriander). Serve with roti or naan.
