~Sour Cream Cutlets~
1 kg of chicken fillet, washed, cubed and drained
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon white pepper
2 teaspoon mazeina
2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
Ground garlic
Green masala
½ cup finely chopped dhania (coriander)
250ml sour cream
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 30min. Grease a tray with oil and drop spoonfuls of mixture through a cutter on a tray. Freeze untill hard. Dip in flour, beaten egg and crumbs. Freeze until needed. Fry in shallow, medium hot oil untill golden.
INFO & TIPS
If cutlets start to thaw whilst coating, pop back into the freezer to get hard as they will break if u coat when soft.
