INGREDIENTS
1 bunch green dhania (coriander)2 -:3 Green chilliesFew curry leaves750 ml mayonnaise¼ cup vinegarFew drops green colouringSugar to tasteBlend all
Vagaar:Little mustard seeds curry leaves little tal (sesame seeds) 1 teaspoon ground garlic braise in ¼ cup oil.Add little vinegar if u need to thin a bit and add sugar to taste
METHOD
Do step 1 blend then do vagaar Add to the vagaar mix in pot cook for 8 - 10 minutes ...cool bottle & refrigerate
INFO & TIPS
Optional :Add mint if you prefer
Optional ...Add +- 1 Tbslp Akalwaya Pickle Masala
Optional: For Picalilly add little Piccally (Chow Chow) or Optional Add Mustard sauce and tint it slightly with yellow food colouring
