INGREDIENTS
1 punnet button mushrooms1 small packet green beans (woolies)1 small brinjol chopped 2 teaspoon chilli powder2 teaspoon rough chillies1 teaspoon dhana jeera¼ teaspoon tumericWhole jeeraghee (Clarified butter)Juice of 1 lemon¼ teaspoon Garam masala1 onion1 tomato chopped1 teaspoon Ground green chilliesGinger garlicTomato pureeCorianderMustard seeds
METHOD
Sauté onions in ghee (Clarified butter) and whole jeera till golden brownAdd veg and pour little water and let it cook add some mustard seeds Add ginger garlic and green chillesAdd all spices except garam masalaWhen vegetables are soft add your chopped tomatos let that cook and then add a tablespoon tomato puree and lemon juice and garam masala let it simmer and garnish with chopped coriander
