INGREDIENTS
- 250g large button mushroom
- ¼ teaspoon red hot chilli powder
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 large tomato diced
- 2 green chillies finely sliced
- fresh corainder leaves
METHOD
Wash and peel mushroom then chop into slices
Sauté onion in oil until soft
Add garlic and spices and braise for 2 minutes
Add the diced tomato and cook until oil separates from masala
Add the mushrooms and cook for 10mn more or less until mushrooms are done.
Garnish with green chillies and chopped coriander.
