Make roti dough like normal.
Roll out saucer size rotis
Sprinkle +- 1 tblp white sugar liberally all over the roti fold over all sidesto get a square..roll out ...seko on stove brush with ghee (Clarified butter) or melted butter....
Eat hot or cold....yumny
