4 eggs
1 cup sugar
Beat till fluffy
1 ½ cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
Sift tog
½ cup oil
½ cup cold water
Mix in a cup
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and fold lightly..when almost mixed add water/oil mixture and a teaspoon of green colour..add half teaspoon peppermint essence...use a light hand..place in greased baking tray...bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes
When cool remove from pan,cut into squares and cut square into half 📐
Beat 1 fresh cream/imatation cream with 2 tablspn icing sugar till stiff...add in a drop of peppermint essence and a drop of green color (optional)
Slit cakes in half..fill with cream..top with ganache and chopped aero
GANACHE:
1 slab plain choc
+- 6 tablespoon nestle cream
Melt choc and mix in nestle cream to form a smooth ganache...
